Can I use NDIS funding with you?

We can help you with NDIS purchases if your NDIS plan is either 'Self Managed' or 'Plan Managed', but not if it's NDIA (agency) managed.  As a family business, we have chosen to not register with the NDIA at this time. This may change in the future. For those that are NDIA managed, we welcome private purchases and consider our products to be very reasonably priced.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are Plan Managed, you generally need to use our 'Request Funding Invoice' process, then send the PDF copy of the invoice to your Plan Manager for approval and processing.  Your Plan Manager will then pay us directly and we will process your order (you will then receive an order confirmation email from us).  Alternatively, in rare cases you may be able to place your order and pay for it up-front, then seek reimbursement from your Plan Manager after the fact, however not all Plan Managers allow this.
